National Schools Regatta (Holme Pierrepont) *New 25/5/08* These pictures explain why racing was abandoned! They may also re-open the flotation debate. Looking at winners and losers (in a vertical direction), I think I might feel happier in a Vespoli eight rather than a Resolute. Aberdeen University held a Doctors vs Students regatta on the Dee. Sadly, only 2 doctors attended. Iain and Ron were hoping to retain the title that they won last year but it ended up as a win for the students, so one-all in the league of fame!	13th October 2007

Inverness Sprint Regatta. A smallish number of photographs from this event. Unfortunately the showers in the morning turned into a deluge in the afternoon but Snapper Ron was dead chuffed to win 2 out of the 3 events that he entered (and he survived 7 races to achieve this!) Thanks to Sarah and Hazel for dragging him down the course in 5 of his races.	18th August 2007

St Andrew Boat Club Regatta Snapper Ron enjoyed a great day on the Costa del Clyde. He was amused by the splendid badge given to the chief umpire to mark him out from us mere mortals. It is also amazing what you find in rubbish bins on Glasgow Green (see last page)	14th April 2007
Tideway 2007	Some dramatic pictures from the wind-swept Head on Saturday. The event was cancelled after about 20 out of the first 50 crews sank! Click here to see a video collage of the pink sock lightweights (with Dave McNeill at 2) battling through Hammersmith Bridge. Note their stroke stopping rowing to free his feet as the boat goes under the Bridge! (it is 5Mb in size so broadband only)
